The Urquid Linen office and showroom are located at 739 E 60th St. Los Angeles CA 90001. Business hours run from 9 am - 6 pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday. Our shop is conveniently located in the heart of Los Angeles for easy access to all our customers.
However, due to the recent covid-19 restrictions, all our sales are being conducted online because this location is not open to the public.

However, you should note that even though we are a wholesale fabric supplier, we do not stock any of our products at our warehouse because they are made-to-order.
Therefore, when you order, for example, a yard of table linen, you should make room for a turnaround and manufacturing time.

Therefore, one of the tools we have available for our customers is the option to buy a yard of the fabrics you want as a sample to test it out before committing to larger orders.
At Urquid Linen, we still maintain strict Covid-19 protocols at both our warehouse and shop. Therefore, when you buy, for example, a bolt of fabric from our online shop, you have two options available to get your fabrics.
You can either arrange for the delivery of your bolt of fabrics directly to your location or you can choose to come and pick up your items on your own. To get your order delivered, simply leave your address and contact information when you check out your fabrics.
However, if you would rather pick up your items, be sure to select "will call" when completing your online purchase otherwise your bolt of fabric will be shipped to your location.
All pick-up times need to be confirmed beforehand with one of our sales representatives.
As a wholesale fabric supplier, offering free shipping to all our customers is just one of the many ways we try to make purchasing your fabrics from Urquid Linens a lot cheaper.
While other businesses may charge for delivery, you can take advantage of our free shipping offer, depending on the size of your orders.
However, our economy shipping is only available for specific fabrics whose value is over $249. Delivery will take approximately 13 business days.
After you create your online order, you can refer to our shipping guide to determine if your purchase qualifies for free shipping.
While shipping of some fabrics may be free, all our items will be subject to a handling fee. Again, you can refer to our shipping guide to see how much your order will cost in terms of handling.
UPSP Postal and FedEx can be used for local orders, while international orders are handled by FedEx only.
We strongly recommend that you order a yard of fabric first before buying large quantities. After you receive your bolt of fabric, you can then look at the texture and color, and see how well it washes before buying more.
However, we understand that even after taking the necessary precautions, you may still be unhappy with the final product, which is why we have a return policy in place.
Our returnable items include charger plates, flatware/cutlery, and pipe hardware (uprights, crossbars, and bases). These items must be returned in the original condition you received them in and will be subject to a 45% restocking fee.
Fabrics, linens, trims, and other items that are "cut-to-order" cannot be returned to the shop.
